Training for the Visually Impaired

Assistive Technology Evaluation
Our Assistive Technology instructional specialists work closely with government agencies to provide the best AT Training and Services to their visually impaired clients. We conduct AT evaluations to ensure up front that each individual can have a high degree of success as they progress through their training. Throughout learner’s training we maintain open communications and positively focussed feedback all around.
In-Person Training
We provide targeted training in a comfortable location such as a person’s home. Providing in-person training in familiar environments can effectively boost the learner’s confidence and maximize their success.
Remote Training
When learners are located in places where in-person training simply isn’t an option we turn to providing our expertise through reliable electronic online forums. By doing this we still provide face to face instruction using tested standard and assistive technologies.
Hybrid Training
At Making It Visible we believe that there are many ways of reaching goals. That’s why we can provide our learners with many combinations of instructional approaches that can provide them with success. With Hybrid Training we provide perfect fit instruction and services.
